Welcome
to our “45th Anniversary Year”.
Way back in 1964 after a long career performing
with the biggest names in the business (as she
liked to say), my mom Sherry Gold started teaching the
neighborhood children how to dance in the basement of
her home. Since
those days literally thousands of children and adults
have danced their way through the GOLD School doors.
Whether your dancer is just starting or one of
our many graduating seniors with ten to fifteen years
under their belt, rest assured quality dance education
still thrives at the GOLD School.
Not
only do we care about your children but as role models
and artists our diverse group of highly qualified
teachers are some of the best you could ask for.
Our unending dedication to age appropriate music,
costuming and performances guarantee a family friendly
environment for all.
From
record players (remember the 45 middle) to I Pods
the GOLD School has maintained an outstanding
reputation for excellence allowing us to serve not only
greater Brockton but dedicated young dance artists from
Rhode Island, Cape Cod, Worcester and as far away as
Connecticut.
We
take tremendous pride in the achievements of alumni
studying at the best universities, touring with major
companies, Mikhail Baryshnikov, on MTV, on Broadway, in
films and
enjoying thriving careers throughout the artistic and
entertainment industry.
Graduates choosing careers un-related to the arts
enter the world remarkably enhanced with the
self-confidence, passion, dedication and most
importantly; the integrity deep-rooted in a GOLD School
education.
These
young and not so young people have become more than just
dancers; they’ve become well rounded human beings with
healthy minds and bodies.
We plan to continue this tradition and we’re
proud to welcome our next generation of “GOLD School
dancers”. THANK
YOU FOR YOUR TRUST!
Sincerely,
Rennie Gold
